Welcome to Jahro, a service provided by Oleksii Bulat, conducting business as a sole proprietorship registered in Poland (NIP: 6762646844, REGON: 525829500), hereinafter referred to as "Jahro," "we," "us," or "our." These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jahro Web Application, Unity Plugin, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

Introduction to Jahro Services

Jahro provides tools to assist game developers in logging, capturing screenshots, execute commands, see logs, and synchronizing project data through the Jahro Unity Plugin ("Plugin") and Jahro Web Application ("Web App").

Account Registration

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
  • Registration Information: When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You can register via Google, GitHub, or email/password.
  • Team Management: You may create teams and invite colleagues using their email addresses.

Subscriptions and Payments

Jahro offers three subscription plans: Free, Pro, and Enterprise.

  • Free Plan: Includes limited features and data storage for up to 24 hours.
  • Pro Plan: Provides extended features and data storage for active subscriptions. If payment fails, data will be deleted within one week.
  • Enterprise Plan: Includes advanced capabilities with tailored pricing. All subscriptions are billed monthly, with payments processed via Stripe and subject to automatic renewal. Users can manage upgrades or downgrades via their account settings.

Use of the Jahro Unity Plugin

  • License: The Plugin is distributed under a license that allows use in commercial projects but prohibits redistribution, modification, or resale. See the License Agreement for details.
  • API Key: To synchronize data with the Web App, an API key is required. Verification occurs during initial use, and periodic updates are needed for continued access.

Data Collection and Usage

We collect and process certain data to improve our Services. By using Jahro, you agree to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy. Data we collect includes:

  • Electronical identification data: IP address, device/browser details, location data.
  • Unity Editor data: editor version, deviceUniqueIdentifier, variable values.
  • Usage information: how you interact with our Services.
  • Registration and billing details.
  • Logs and screenshots you choose to sync with the Web App. Third-party services used:
  • Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, Stripe, June.so, and Hotjar.

User Responsibilities

  • Compliance: You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Prohibited Actions: You may not:
    • Upload harmful or malicious data.
    • Attempt to bypass API key restrictions or reverse-engineer our Services.
    • Exploit vulnerabilities in our Services.

Data Storage and Retention

  • Free Plan: Data is stored for up to 24 hours.
  • Pro Plan: Data is retained for the duration of the subscription.
  • Data Location: All data is stored in Frankfurt, Germany. Users may delete their projects, teams, or accounts at any time. Deleting an account will also delete all associated data.

Intellectual Property

  • Jahro retains all intellectual property rights related to the Plugin, Web App, and related materials.
  • Contributions to the Plugin, such as pull requests on GitHub, become the property of Jahro.
  • Unauthorized redistribution or use of Jahro's intellectual property is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

  • Jahro provides its Services "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding data integrity, uptime, or availability.
  • We are not responsible for damages, data loss, or issues arising from the use of our Services.

Changes to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms or the features of our Services at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Poland.
